Tongdee is a drifter, was mistaken for Goay-tong, a mentally unstable millionaire. His wife, Chome wants the mental institute director to certify his illness. At the institute, Tongdee gets to know a young female patient named Arlai. Chome kept asking Tongdee for the key to the treasure chest.
